Manage all task associated with initiating, planning, scheduling, executing and controlling projects.

Eventual Project success as measured by scope fulfillment, schedule adherence and cost. Ensures the project task, hours, resources into the project plan and ensuring that the project planning is completed on each project.

Responsible for master project plan including project schedule, communication plan, change control plan, risk management plan, responsibility matrix and cost control/tracking mechanism.

Monitor and track the transition budget for each project.

Ensure that the appropriate level of support is available to the operation team and their clients.

Ensures risks and impact to the operations center are identified and addressed.

Identify, secure and manage appropriate level resources to form project team with support from the Director to satisfy project scope and expectations.

Creates and maintains project issue log to track issues and ensure timely resolution. Responsible for project communication specific to steering committee, stakeholders, project team member, external resources and senior management.

Facilitate and moderate project meetings including but not limited to project kickoffs, team progress and issue resolution, leadership update, project close out and best practices and core team meetings.

Basic Qualification: Preferably CA or Commerce Graduate/MBA (Finance)

Preferred Additional Qualification: 3-5 Years of prior experience with project management .

Qualified candidates should have the exposure of handling multi-phase, multi-vendor projects.

Experience with financial accounting operation like generation of financial statements, bank reconciliation & payables processing would be essential.

This requires strong communication, planning, organizational, analysis, team management, facilitation, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
