We have been retained by a large organization having international operations which is setitng up a new manufacturing facility in Maharashtra to look for a DIRECTOR (Conductor & Flip Rod Division-Aluminium).
The job encompasses Manufacturing, R&D and Marketing reporting to CEO/MD. Exposure to certification of ISO is must while TPM, TQM or Six Sigma is desirable.

The incumbent should have implemented Green field projects of not less than 500 Crores INR with a turnover of more than 2000 Crores INR and should have headed Supply Chain Management of Aluminium Conductor & Flip Rod Plant. Should have profound knowledge on Statutory Compliance for implementation of Aluminium Industry from Green Field stage.Should have been an active member of Management Committee for project implementation. Should be a Leader & act as a Role Model, to motivate the entire project team to perform & excel.

He should be able to prepare Technical Feasibility/Evaluation of the project and will be responsible for Project Budgetary Planning and adherence to it. He will be responsible for preparing a PERT chart for the entire project and to implement. Must be a good leader and team player in preparation of detailed project report in coordination of consultants/project team. Job involves coordinating with the HRD for preparing the organization chart and be a panel member for recruiting the required positions as per the organization chart.

Should be able to liase with world renowned technological patent owners for technology transfer. Preparation of tender specification in coordination with the project consultant for Plant & Machinery, Civil & Structural work, and other services & obtaining quotations will be a part of job and should be able to plan and execute detailed engineering activities with the help of project consultants including freezing of plant layout, civil & structural design. He should be able to identify & evaluate vendors, consultants & suppliers and recommend to the Management.
