ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Deliver Strong Web Content and Product Management
nHelp shape CEB’s approach to the web - provide an influential voice on strategy and execution to practice teams, and help drive the innovation by identifying new product features

Provide strong relationship, project and process management

c.Discuss with the illustrators regarding any challenges affecting their workflow and quality of rendering. Act with solutions.
‘Initiates all training where internal artistic issues exist. Actions would include:
a.Developing reviews on artistic fundamentals; perspectives, proportions, light sources.
b.Reviews work to judge individual artistic development.
c.Finding tips and tricks to save time and energy in Photoshop. Bring in guest artists for on-site training or assists in creating WebEx.
d.Posting inspiration art and unique artistic styles to encourage the creativity of the department.
‘Scouting/hiring of new artistic talent. These individuals will be selected based on artistic needs within the department.
‘Spot checks artwork throughout the work day to confirm that the quality of the rendering is meeting the project expectations and Laserwords branding. All art pieces must have a consistent appeal and appear as if they are coming from one artist.
