Release Engineers
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Skills & Experience:
1. Build/release engineering experience and optionally Installer creation/maintenance.
2. Must be able to communicate and coordinate well with both engineers and managers.
3. Strong knowledge of either of Perl or Python.
4. Strong knowledge of version control systems..
5. Strong understanding of software configuration management processes.
6. Strong scripting expertise on at-least two of the Windows, Mac or UNIX platforms.
7. Strong understanding of software installer management and related processes.
8. Good knowledge of InstallShield environment, Windows installer (MSI) technology and Apple’s PackageMaker.
9. Proven ability to develop solutions that automates installer creation, builds and releases of software.
Desired: Programming experience in CC++, HTML, PHP, MySQL, XML technologies and tools.
Education: B.Tech C.Sc or E&C
